Weight Loss for Wellbeing

We all know that if we are unhappy about our weight and our relationship with food then our wellbeing is massively affected - and not usually in a good way. With World Wellbeing Week being at the end of June I was inspired to offer some support for Control Around Food. As a Hypnotherapist and a Mindfulness teacher, I have some excellent resources and tools to support this change.


So I offer this series of 4 videos to you below in the hope it starts you thinking differently around food and your food choices. There will be no talk of diets. However, there will be accompanying mindfulness tracks to help you learn that skill to change the thoughts that drive poor food choices and behaviours. There will also be hypnotherapy tracks to access your sub-conscious mind to instigate change.
