Hypnobirthing

From Announcement

From the moment you receive the news that you are pregnant you can start to prepare for hypnobirthing.

Hypnobirthing sessions will help you learn to relax in a natural way, finding what works for you - music, voice, breathing etc.

You can attend sessions on your own or with your partner or a mixture of both.  I can organise group sessions if you have friends who are also expecting.

Throughout your Pregnancy

You will learn to understand what is happening to your body throughout each trimester and particularly during the birth and how to use your body to help it be a peaceful and engaging birth.

Practise relaxing, visualising and even do some stretching and consider your nutrition if you want to.

You will be given tools and resources to practice at home and ways to involve your partner in the preparation.

Skills for the Birth and for Life

The skills you learn will be skills to support as natural a birth as possible.  Other tools will help you with the practical elements of engaging with your birthing partner/s and the medical team.

 

You will learn relaxation skills that you can carry into your new life as  a parent.

5 week courses (10 hours) £220 - you can attend individually, as a couple (or Mum and birthing partner) or a mixture of both, ie. attend the first few on your own. Maximum of 8 couples.

Private sessions are £325 for 12 hours or £100 a 2-hour session.
