Managing Menopause

Today, 18 October, is World Menopause Day.


There has been so much awareness-raising of Menopause symptoms recently that you'd think we'd all be able to identify and understand problems when they arise and do something about it. But it's not that simple!



There are at least 36 Menopause symptoms and they can be like so many other problems we can experience throughout mid-life or even something we have struggled with for a very long time, such as anxiety, poor sleep or weight gain. Peri-Menopause or Menopause can just make things worse or confuse the issue. It's a minefield but there are many ways to help yourself or seek help.


Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness can not only help you manage the symptoms but manage the emotional journey through Menopause.
